Abriss verhindern – Umfeld eines autistischen Kindes bewahren
Vor kurzem bin ich auf einen Bürgerantrag aufmerksam geworden. Es handelt sich hierbei um den Abriss von Mietshäusern zugunsten von Luxuswohnungen. Den sechs Mietparteien, die zum Teil schon über 50 Jahre dort leben, wurde vor ein paar Wochen gedroht zügig auszuziehen und dem Bauvorhaben nicht im Weg zu stehen. Kommen sie dieser Aufforderung nicht nach, werde kein Umzugsgeld gezahlt und der Mietvertrag fristlos gekündigt.
Adäquate Wohnungsangebote kann der Vermieter, VEBOWAG, nicht anbieten. Nachweislich haben sich die Mieter eigenständig um Alternativen bemüht – ohne Erfolg, denn das fatale ist, dass es sich bei den Mietern unter anderem um eine alleinerziehende Mutter, Lehrerin, mit einem schwer behinderten autistischen Kind handelt. Dieses Kind kann man nicht einfach ”verpflanzen”! Der Spagat zwischen Pflege und Berufstätigkeit kann letztendlich nur durch das ausgezeichnete Nachbarschaftsverhältnis bewältigt werden. Die weiteren Mieter, eine Sprchtherapeutin in einer integrativen Einrichtung mit einem Oberstufenkind zwei Jahre vor dem G8-Abitur, eine junge, geringverdienende Familie mit Grundschulkindern, eine Rentnerin und ein Rentner, sind aus den unterschiedlichsten Gründen (Schule, Ärzte, Beruf, soziales Umfeld) angewiesen in diesem Gebiet zu bleiben.
Der Vorsitzende des Mieterbundes (Bonn, Rhein-Sieg und Ahr) Bernhard von Grünberg, MdL (SPD), unterstützt die Mieterinnen und Mieter in seinem Schreiben an den Vorsitzenden der Vebowag.
